  • Linseed: The significant importance of this ancient medicinal plant is evident from its Latin name, linum usitatissimum, which actually means “the most useful linum”. Linseed is rich in vitamin E and it also contains fatty acids – omega-3 in particular – that serve as antioxidants and protect our cells from damage.
